Harry Snyder, the founder of In-N-Out, did not bargain on prices, which also paid dividends and respect for the company. Once one of the centers of reception and processing of meat was burned down – after a few phone calls to farms that supplied it with meat, volunteered to deliver minced meat and vegetables in the sales point, so In-n-Out did not have to close restaurants. In general, today, to be a supplier of In-N-Out means to be a standard of quality and a reason to be proud of themselves.

But these factors do not allow to increase the number of restaurants like the other giants of fast food (in 2005 there were a total of 200 across the country, in 2015 – 300). It doesn’t allow to change the menu frequently and use a variety of ingredients (starting from the opening the main assortment is: hamburger, cheeseburger, double-double and French fries).

By the way, the restaurant chain was only available for Californians until 2000, and that’s why they consider it “their’s”. The second state, where In-N-Out appeared was Arizona, the third – Utah (2008), then TX (2011).
